Gradually, you can work up to lengthier reading when you feel comfortable.

To help you get started we can consider a few paragraphs. Just sit back and relax while posturing up to read. The sentences are just a test to help you decide how fast you can read now. Time self as you move along. You have 10 seconds to read the sentence, and then once you finish check your comprehension level.
